My sweet, sweet boys and the wagon.

Well my sweet boys thoroughly enjoyed have the freedom of a safe neighborhood at grandmas house. Unfortunately at our current house in washington they are unable to wonder outside with out me.  Just about every day the would ask to either walk Kizzy and/or take their new animals int he wagon around the block.  Many of the neighbors commented that first Sunday about their morning routine of walking around the block.  I was so happy to let them have that freedom that I loved as a little kid.  I was only able to capture this one picture of them but it is a memory I will hold onto forever.

Fourth of July Circus party at Riverwoods

Me and the boys decided to go to the party at Riverwoods in Provo.  It turned out to be a blast! They had animals to pet, live entertainment, fishing booths, and many other booths for the kids to enjoy! Just about everyone made it down before the end of the day and we all partied hard.

Uncle mike helped out a little!
David managed pretty well on his own.

Petting the big grey rabbit was a favorite

Got to ride the mini Harley

These amazing a robots were doing stunts so mckenzie and I decided to ask if he would flip over he and he did! It was so awesome. This is probably one of my favorite photos ever taken by me! Then all the kids wanted to try. We started a great new trend.

So much fun hangin out and goofing around with the family.

Build a bear with grandma

So this year grandma promised the boys if David would no longer suck his thumb, and Sammy would no longer play with his belly button we could o to build a bear workshop. Well after 6 weeks of reminders, and phone calls to grandma they made it!

The picking out process was intense for both if them. Way to many choices.

David finally settle on a monkey and Sammy on Sully from Monster Inc. they'd got to choose sounds and scents.  Sammy choose the Star Wars theme sound and bubble gum scent for "Vador Sully" and David choose monkey Lund and cotton candy for "Iron Monkey".

Big thanks to grandma for the awesome bribes!

The Manti Pageant

While visiting Utah this year I took the opportunity to take the two boys to the Manti pageant to show David in particular the story of our prophet Joseph Smith. It was amazing. I have not been since I was in high school and boys boys really enjoyed the show and had lots of questions!  KC, Kenzie and Cassie were Nile to come with us and we had so much fun hanging out in the area and seeing the Manti Temple and where cousin Kenzie goes to school.

We had a Turkey Gravy Dinner and the near by church. It was delicious!

We got seat early so we could see and sat and played games.
Including gelato and slushed.

We were very tired after the play and fell sound asleep very quickly. What a fun day!

At grandmas!

Well we did make it and we are having tons of fun! We start swimming lessons with Pam and have lots of things planned.

Abby loved bathing in grandmas sink! Funny thing was everyone wanted a chance to bath her. Moony got a wonderful break.

Sammy tried very hard to help Abby learn to go down the stairs. She wasn't quite ready though.

Abby really enjoyed grandma Barb and vice versa. The cuddle time was awesome!  Grandma stole snuggles every chance she got!

Grandma also enjoyed spoiling us all rotten!

Here's Abby ready for her first swimming lesson. Little did she know what she was in for.

Everyone got at least a week with our favorite swim teacher Pam. I will probably make an entire post of pictures because I took so many. But David pretty much "graduated" which I am so proud if him for that. He loves to in the water just like his mamma!

On our way to Utah!

This time it's to play! We are so excited to be headed back to utah for a few weeks of summer fun!
The boys each looted a picture for dad to remind him of them while we were gone!

The kids were super excited that they to to stay in there pjs for the first part of the trip.  I didn't Mae them change until we were into Idaho and Stopping for lunch.  I let them run around this beautiful rest stop while we snacked and I stretched my legs.

After almost 14 hours in the car and many snack, gas, puke and potty stops we made to grandma barbs house. We were super excited and tired, but really looking forward to amazing adventures!

Losing Grandpa Curt

We stood vigil as my dad passed through he vail this morning. What a beautiful moment of watching his poor body that had be so bruised a d battered in this earth release his spirit to a better place. Where I know loved ones were waiting to greet him. Dad I will miss the book discussions, the singing, the nature hikes and big bear hugs. I know we had our rough roads but I know that you loved me and I know that you knew of my love for you. The boys will miss your playful spirit and your teasing hands. Sammy is awaiting the day to fish with you in heaven. David so badly wanted to camp out with you and sadly never got that chance. But I will tell him of our stories so he will remember you. My sweet little Abby only met you twice in this life so she will have lots of catching up to do. We love you and thank you got your service, love and example to us.
